We hope you're doing well. We're aware that there's been some concern regarding the delivery of our Boxset orders. We want to address this head-on and assure you that we're committed to resolving any issues.

We're proud to say that we've shipped our Boxset to over 150 countries, including some of the most remote locations. This is a testament to our commitment to delivering your orders, no matter where you are. We've partnered with DHL, a company known for its reliable delivery services worldwide. Once we hand over your orders to DHL, they take full responsibility for the delivery process and we have no longer control over your orders.

However, we understand that the journey of a parcel can sometimes be longer than expected. In some regions, delivery services persist in their attempts to deliver parcels for an extended period. This is why, on very rare occasions, we continue to receive Boxsets even 2 years after they were initially shipped! In those cases we directly reach out to the customer to inform about that.

We want to be transparent about the tracking process. The tracking codes DHL provides for your parcels are valid for 6 months. After this period, tracking becomes a bit more challenging, but rest assured, our commitment to you doesn't waver.

We've heard some concerns about parcels not being received and want to assure you that we take these matters very seriously. We are not scammers; we are a legitimate business that values our customers and their satisfaction. We have proof of all our shipments and are more than willing to share this information to reassure you of our integrity.

If you're still waiting for your order, please reach out to us. We're committed to assisting you and will do our utmost to provide a solution within 24 hours of receiving your message. Whether it's a refund or sending a new parcel, we will make sure you're not left empty-handed.

Dear all,

I have just read your statement and I am not sure if there is a problem with my order #27396, so I am just checking. I have not yet received a tracking number from DHL or any status e-mails from you. As I have already ordered TharnType 1&2 and Don’t say no, I know that you send out e-mails to keep us in the loop about our orders, but at the moment I have not received anything since the order confirmation e-mail in January.

Can you tell me anything about my order or the status of the delivery?
